All orders are shipped from our warehouse in The Netherlands with Fedex or PostNL. Certain items are shipped from our warehouse in France with Chronopost or Collisimo. Once you have entered your country and postal code on the checkout page, you will see the shipping prices to your destination. All orders worldwide over €300 receive free shipping.

Once we receive your order, we will pack your order within 1 business day from Monday - Friday.

You will automatically receive your tracking information via email. Please keep a close eye on your shipment. If it can't be delivered, it will be sent back to us and we will have to charge additional shipping costs to resend the parcel.
